How to stop an email message sending

To cancel an email message that queued for sending follow the steps below:

1. Log into your account.
2. Click the “Messages” icon then click “Manage Existing Messages”.
3. Click on the “Schedule” tab.
4. Locate the message to cancel and click the associated “[cancel send]”.
