Posted on Monday, January 7th, 2013.
To add a signup form to your account follow the steps below:
1. Log into your account.
2. From the main menu click the “Subscribers” icon.

3. Within the Subscribers section click “Signup Forms” then “Add a Signup Form”.

4. On the next page enter in a name for the signup form then click the “Add” button. NOTE: The name of the signup form will not be displayed to the subscriber. This is for your reference only.

5. Once the system has created the signup form record a set of tabs will be displayed to further configure the signup form. NOTE: You need to go through each tab to correctly configure the signup form.
6. Detail Tab – do not click the “Is Active” option yet as the signup form has not been configured yet. Click on the “Form” tab.

7. Form Tab – this tab accepts the signup form’s presentation HTML template. The presentation template provides a wrapper around the signup form fields and functions that are displayed to the subscriber. The template needs to have inserted into the HTML the [%mm_content%] tag where the signup form fields are to be added and the [%mm_title%] tag added to the HTML title element. NOTE Please contact customer support if you would like us to add these tags to your template.

Also on the “Form” tab add in the title of the signup form in the “Subscription Page Meta Title” field – this will appear in the web browsers title window so make sure its descriptive.

You can edit the CSS for the signup form by altering the CSS code in the “CSS for Fields” field but only do this if you have a good understanding of CSS.
Enter in the text for the button that will appear on the signup form such as “Subscribe”.
Click the “Save” button to save the configuration and then click the “Fields” tab.
